What are FREEDOM BROWNIES?

One of the advantages of No S Dieting is that I now have FREEDOM to bake without worrying that I'd eat half the batch! If it's not an "S" day, I don't even get a taste! I LOVE it! I know that come Saturday I can have some, and more than likely by that time they will be all eaten by someone else anyways. Like I said, "I LOVE IT!"

No S Dieter,
what a completely beautiful and wonderful blog! Have you posted it on the bulletin board?

This is great, I hope that more and more people are exposed to the NO S Diet!

Thank you for visiting my blog and your kind words about it.

I am not quite as blog savvy as you but I am definitely going to put up a link to your blog,

and so glad the no S diet is working well for you I love your "10 reasons list"

Here's a "real" recipe for Freedom Brownies
Makes: 9 2x2 in brownies
Total Time: 1 hr

Ingredients:

* 1 box (6 serving size) Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix
* 1 carton (2 egg) Egg Beaters
* 1 cup Sugar Free Hershey's syrup
* 1 cup flour
* 1 tub (4 ounce) applesauce (we liked the raspberry-applesauce)
* 1 tsp. real vanilla extract

Preparation
Mix all ingredients with a spatula until just mixed. Do not mix too long.

Pour into a glass pan sprayed with PAM or other vegetable spray

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and slice. Serve with sugar free fat free Cool Whip.

Notes:
To make really special, split brownies and spread sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding in the middle and top with fresh raspberries and Cool Whip.
